User Story As a project owner, I want to be able to choose what chain to create my project on so that my project can be deployed to my desired chain

• On this page, if the user decides to switch networks, it would trigger the same switch networks flow
• If the user decides to switch networks and they have filled out part of the form already, we want to make sure we're retaining the state / not erasing their answers once they switch networks
