Banner/logo marked as required on Round Manager when they are optional

When I was testing setting up for a round, I noticed that under "Project Information" it says that Project Logo & Project Banner is required, when these fields are optional when a project owner is creating a project. Just want to make sure the UI is consistent throughout the Grants Protocol!
