create/edit project: when you upload a logo/banner image the second time, the images are not updating

From @willsputra: On the project creation form, when I click back after uploading logo/banner, then I upload a new logo/banner, the new logo/banner isn't reflected

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a new project
2. upload a logo (e.g. logo1.jpg)
3. click next
4. click back
5. upload a new logo (e.g. logo2.jpg)
6. click next, next
7. the old logo (logo1) shows up instead of logo2
8. The same applies for the banner image

@gravityblast the bug has been addressed so this ticket can move forward, but we may have found new bugs related to the create/edit project flow, which we will track in a new ticket
