create project: new project does not appear on Project Dashboard until hard refresh

User Story As a project owner, I want to see my project on the Project Dashboard after creating it so that I know that my project has been created successfully

Acceptance Criteria GIVEN I create a project
WHEN I click submit and successfully create a project THEN I am redirected to the Project Dashboard where I see a card preview of that project
