disable project form after submitting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I submit my project, while I'm waiting for the metadata to be uploaded to IPFS and the transaction to be mined, I can submit the form again.

Describe the solution you'd like Disabling the submit button.

@gravityblast is this something we should also be doing for the application, in addition to the project?

@michellema1208 yes I think it should be the same for all the forms we have
