Swarm

Hi, what are your thoughts towards using Swarm? My project lead on the InnoTrade platform highly recommends it, we're actually building on it ourselves, and I also believe the approach to be technically superior.

we're still hammering out the standard on the gitcoin slack and on https://github.com/ethereum/EIPs/issues/928. many have kicked around the idea of making the protocol agnostic to whether data is stored in swarm or ipfs
