Fixes #58 - Fixed warning and limitStr method

Fixes issue #58. Warning is now shown if metanet is not detected. Also now result is being loaded properly.

Hi @djmgit thanks for the patch! web3 related code will be removed and the new base will be https://github.com/gitcoinco/browser-extension/issues/47 Welcome to help test the new base and report if there are any issues
