Generate PR description no longer using template (even if it's in the desc box)

Before the new PR description box, if you generated a description for your PR, it used the template as part of the generated content

How to reproduce (Optional)

1. Have a PR template
2. Generate a description using that

Expected behavior (Optional)

1. Generated PR description should use PR template as it used too

Do I understand correctly that when a PR is created and a template is set, and one presses the "Generate Message" button, now it will completely discard the PR template and replace it with the generated message?

Whereas previously, it would take the PR template into consideration?

Yes, that's correct, before it would use our project template and basically fill in the gaps 🙂
