I dragged a group of 3 files to merge into bbe7. Two of them was added successfully but the third one had the lock with undefined dependencies. Dragging this third file to the commit I want has no errors, it just goes back to the changed files tab. I was able to add it to 8382e so there might have been a dependency there. I tried dragging this file from 8382e to bbe7 but it said failed to amend commit: 'Target ownership not found'

Thanks a lot for reporting, and sorry for the hassle!

We are currently working on a complete revamp of the ownership system, and I'd expect this kind of error to go away entirely when it's released.

Getting this as well. No idea how to move forward.

You could try to use the next major for the operation that is failing. It can be enabled by typing v3 anywhere in the UI (but not inside an editable field).
