Distribute as VSCode Extension

There are many open questions about this form of distribution.

Open Questions

• How do language servers deal with installing/managing their binaries on the various platforms?
• Is this already a known path that Tauri apps can take? Are there examples of applications that already use this distribution mechanism? Prior art?
• Does Tauri already support this?
  • A quick check in the Tauri repository didn't yield any results, so it seems to be a new distribution target.
