Error In Nightly Windows version When Adding a new project from WSL2

At the moment, the Windows build doesn't work well with WSL. It's super slow, requiring a couple of reboots just to set up the project. And then working on the repo is full of pain and suffering. For now, we should wait for a better implementation of the WSL integration.

This is "resolved" via #3802, now it will advise you to install the Linux version of GitButler in WSL2 - it's good advice! Future versions may handle this in a different way but for now using the Linux app in Windows should provide a good experience

I just installed version GitButler_0.11.7_x64_en-US.msi and now i get this error when i select a WSL2 folder. I can also confirm that the selected forlder is a valid git repo: Must be a git directory

@pmualaba The fix mentioned above is only in the nightly builds so far :)
