Improve PR Checks Sync

Context: Is there a way to make the PR check updates better? Sometimes, it says checks are still running even when they're finished. This causes a delay. While tag is clickable, it's not clear what it does.

Impact: The current situation makes it hard to know if the checks are really finished. This can cause delays and misunderstandings about the progress of the PR.
