Upstream integration dialog does not offer to delete integrated branch when it's part of a stack

When a branch is integrated, the upstream integration dialog usually offers the option to delete that branch. But when the branch is part of a stack, that is not the case.

We are aware of many issues related to this, and will completely overhaul what it means to update a workspace. Hopefully this won't take too long to happen, and sorry for not having a more precise timeline for you.
