Repos missing in users > edit (using LDAP)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Give a user read permissions for a repository through an LDAP team membership
2. Go to Administration > Users, select "edit" for a user, go to "access permissions
tab"
3. Inspect the choices in "repository permissions"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I expect that I can choose between all repositories, in order to give the particular
user write permission to the repository. However, it seems that all repositories for
which the user has any permission are hidden. I can only use regexes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- 1.6.0 on Tomcat7 Debian Linux, OpenLDAP
