Can not disable Gravatar in issue page

The Gravatar service cannot be turned off on the issue page. The Gravatar service has been modified in the configuration. The Gravatar is disabled on many pages, but the Gravatar function is not turned off after the issue function is enabled.

I cannot reproduce this. I wrote an alternative avatar provider and set it in web.avatarClass. The alternative provider was used on commit pages as well as ticket pages.

Do you have more information on the changes you made and maybe some screenshots?
