Only topics for tickets on the current page are displayed under Topics & Labels

The Topics & Labels section of the page seems to only show the topics for the tickets that are currently displayed. If I navigate to page two of the tickets, the list changes. image

This may be the intended functionality or a bug. It is most useful to have a list of topics and labels for all tickets that match the currently selected status. image

You have correctly identified how it currently works and I agree your proposal would be less surprising.

I don't see how the two lists in the original post differ. Look the same to me.
