Tickets with Start Date and Duration

I'm looking at adding fields to the tickets to hold start date and expected/actual duration to provide basic project planning capabilities within Gitblit. (With the intention of a follow up PR later to display a basic gantt chart)

Would this be a PR of interest @gitblit?
