[BUG] Website search is not working

🙁 Actual behavior

Search text should give results but it's giving nothing. Additionally, if "NO results found" then search should say the same not Search Results.

🙂 Expected behavior

Search text should display required info or we should remove this feature from UI until it's enabled.

🔢 Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Navigate to landing page
2. Click on Search Field
3. Enter any text like "verse", this search result is not working for any texts.
