Include link to retrospective interview in participants pages

We have GSoC / Outreachy participant pages. One useful addition to those pages would be to include a link to the retrospective interviews that we get from some of the recent students of GSoC / Outreachy programs

Thanks @sivaraam and @lucasoshiro! Yeah I think it would be interesting to include links to interviews. It's also interesting to see which GSoC / Outreachy participant hasn't been interviewed yet. For example I would have thought Karthik Nayak would have been interviewed already, but it looks like it's not the case.

We did try to get an interview from him, Christian. He was reluctant to give us one at that time. Will try reaching out to him again.

A small correction. We've already reached out to him twice last year and he wasn't interested on both times and mentioned he doesn't think he'll be interested anytime soon. So, I think it would be annoying to reach out to him again now. We can interview him in case he expresses interest.
