Light Color Scheme/Palette

Would it be possible to include a light color scheme as an alternative to the black background with white text? Something in the spirit of solarized light?

My tired eyes would thank you for it!

Cool suggestion, and sorry that the current color scheme is tiring for you. ;) This is probably not gonna be a high-priority issue for us, for now, but I'd totally welcome a PR that introduces a setting to switch all the colors of the different elements around!

For a quick fix, is there some specific thing that hurts the most? Would it already help if all white texts were instead gray?

Diving into Godot to come up with a good PR is slightly above my capabilities at the moment, so I will unfortunately not be of a great help with that.. It's on my todo list though, so maybe in the near future..?

If you have to stick with black at the moment, could a secondary softer palette be an option? Perhaps something like the Nord color scheme?
