QUESTION: What will happend when I create changes directly in the FTP server?

Question ?

If you, for e.g. accidentally create changes in the FTP server instead of doing it via git-ftp the files in your server aren't in synch anymore. Is this is an issue and if so, how could you solve this problem with git ftp catchup again?

How would you solve it?
