option to allow for single cola/dag instance per repo

Hey,

I keep adding new redundant windows through an IDE keystroke that launches cola on the current repo. Would you mind adding a shortcut to raise the existing window instead?

I would also love that feature (even looking it was requested ages ago). Together with (somehow related) #1247 it would be very handy to manage multiple repositories.

Favourites/Recents widget (#1247) can be treated like tabs equvalent but should be automatically switched when trying to run another instance with other repository.
