How does one reference the PR description in the template?

I'm completely missing how to get this. My .Versions[].CommitGroups[] is nil. My .Versions[].NoteGroups[].Notes[] is empty. My .Versions[].CommitGroups[].Commits[] totally skips the PR description from the merge. Not really sure how to move forward.
