Merge with gr-dtv

Would it make sense to merge this with the in tree gr-dtv?

Hi, It definitely would. We are currently working on the implementation of the transmitter. After the whole thing is coherent and tested, we'll make the effort to merge it with GNU Radio (which, BTW, won't be easy). best
