Auth flow

  1. added new integration tests
  2. created /auth endpoint for oAuth flow

What I see is that the environment is not changed for the tests, and thus these fail.

Invalid options provided to simple-oauth2 "auth.tokenHost" is required

Or is there another reason why this PR is stalled? Can I help?
