No indication when quota is reached

When looking at your personal collection, there is no indication of how much space is used/available; you have to navigate to a secret hidden 'quota' message. It would be nice to have some indication of how much space is available, particularly when the quota is close to being reached.

A good place to display this might be below the last folder listed; it's unobtrusive, but not hidden.

Related issues when dealing with anonymous uploads:

When creating anonymous uploads the client should display how much space users have in the upload target location.

Also, improve the error handling for people doing the anonymous upload when they go over the quota of their target upload location--currently the upload fails mysteriously.
