WebKitGtk is available for macOS through brew once it supports Gtk4:

  • [ ] Add WebKitGtk to gir files for macOS
  • [ ] Add macOS WebKitGtk gir files to generation process

Edit: currently the package can only be installed on Linux through homebrew.
