Add WebCamControl
Simple app but I had to figure out quite a bit of stuff for it, so the code might be useful to other people too.

- Please add an alt text for the image (compare pinta image).
- Please squash your commits into one.

The release of 0.7.0 will happen shortly and include an update of the homepage. To include WebCamControl this should be merged beforehand.
Sorry, I completely forgot about this. I'll update the PR within the next 20 mins or so.
No problem. I think I will update the homepage more often in the future. At least with every preview version, too.
