TODO: add "YOUR CODE HERE" parts to week 5 and 6 notebooks and refactor the homeworks

Added YOUR CODE HERE sections to week 5 and checked the 6th week - there is just no place to add them. The last thing TODO is to fix the homeworks

Refactored everything I wanted!

The only question left open is the 3rd assignment: it refers students to the 12 week, which I rewrote from scratch, meaning there is nothing much to do left.
