Suggestion: setting to never suspend 'application' tabs; pages made with "Create shortcut" -> "Open as window"

Would be good to have a setting (probably on by default) that lets you never suspend web pages that are being used as desktop apps, made using the "Create Shortcut" -> "Open as window" options in chrome.

This probably also applies to things like youtube, where there's an "Install Youtube" option in the address bar, but I haven't used that, so I'm not sure exactly how that works.
