Enhancement: Reorder items in a combobox

When I add new items to a combobox they are added to the bottom of the list.

I would like to reorder the items in a combobox, perhaps by drag-and-drop or using the up and down cursor buttons. Possibly a "sort" button to reorder the whole list.
