Why that plugin should be added? NFC Tags can be useful for identify objects and exchange fixed/dynamic data. In my specific case that is a alternative to #67.

What features this plugin should have and how it should work? It's needs, at minimum, to be able to read and write data. The scope can be limited to NDEF.

What alternatives you've considered? Other alternative are #67 e QR-Code.

Is this plugin implementable on all OSes (Android, iOS, macOS, WASM, Windows...)? No investigation was done for Windows and macOS. Newer iOS can handle NFC, but more investigations are pending.

Did you known any particular limitation for specific OS? On WASM it only supports NDEF.
