Why that plugin should be added? For many cases it's important to know what type of network the user is connected to, the sound volume, and also the battery level. Also, some settings like Language and Region.
What features this plugin should have and how it should work? The plugin should provide information about the current state of the device, and the user preferences. In general, stuff like Battery, Volume, Language, Network. The plugin can also provide changes in real-time.
What alternatives you've considered? None.
Is this plugin implementable on all OSes (Android, iOS, macOS, WASM, Windows...)? No.
Did you known any particular limitation for specific OS? Some OSes (such as WASM) doesn't provide all kind of data, or it's deprecated API, or not supported by multiple browsers. On iOS/Android it may require user authorization to read some information. Some OSes doesn't update data in real-time.
It would be good to get this going .
