How it's suppose to work if DB have no tables?

Hi, im very new to ASP.NET but can anyone explain how this can work if it does not create any required tables into database??? Maybe this have some code to create tables in database?

Jesus..sorry... i missed the misc\database\IdentityDb\dbo\Tables folder But it's pain in the ass to migrate to MySQL
