What are the bunch of markTestIncomplete() in the Selenium2TestCaseTest for?

How about removing them? For, say testClicksOnJavaScriptHref() I don't see any real reason it's there, hmhm

Most of them are about features provided by the Json wire protocol but not implemented on the PHP side because of the difficulty of testing them or lack of browser support. In some cases like the one you cite, the test is not deterministic and since sometimes fails it is better to skip the flaky part until it can be tested deterministically (should be markTestSkipped() maybe).
