Project file is not available for engine testing

Editor requires *.project file to start, but this file is not provided along with the engine and its format is not described. Could you please share example project file for testing?

NOTE: I was able to start the editor with an empty file Test.project, unfortunately almost nothing works, except grass and a rusty ball...
