There's already a fixed issue to disable the up button #2692, so recasting this as a feature request.

If possible, share outline of proposed changes in this iteration and complete in Iteration 26.

@anandwana001 Let's deprioritize this for now in favor of a quick fix described in #2829 (disable animation)

@vittorino Can we adapt the labels you used on web to highlight predefined LOIs without data? Red "?" for ex?

For viewers, the following elements should be hidden: * "+" fab * "Add data" button on LOI cards * Sync status option in meny

This will be addressed by #2446.
