Full-Sized Ginkgo Tutorial

We urgently need a Ginkgo tutorial (lecture style) where we give not only a library overview, but also teach how to use the library, maybe hands-on examples. Maybe a 60-90-minute Tutorial is most useful (as lecture/tutorial/introduction talk)

@hartwiganzt is this not done after the recent lecture? In which case, maybe we could put the slides somewhere and/or convert it to a wiki page?

I wouldn't say that a "full-sized tutorial" can fit into 60-90 minutes. There is a TOC for a tutorial in the wiki that covers all of Ginkgo's major features, but my estimate on the time if converted into lectures would be more on the order of 6 hours.

I gave a lecture on this - it went "somewhat smooth". It is a 60-90 min thing, not a 6h tutorial. But - yes, I will add the slides to the repo.
