Nintendo Switch support

Hello @Sokolargm, thanks for the interest in the plugin! Unfortunately I don't have a Nintendo Switch to test the library. And I think there is a Unity license needed to build for Nintendo Switch.

If you have the license, and the device to test, you can try to build it youself. Here are the instructions for the other platforms: https://github.com/gindemit/unity-wrapper-vorbis/wiki/Building-from-Source
