requestAnimationFrame polyfill seems to not work on Android 1.5 & 1.6

this makes the chrome like type to hide view fail and fall back to the classic click to hide view. Reproduceable on http://www.browserstack.com using the HTC Hero (1.5) and the Sony Xperia X10 (1.6) works fine on iOS

Maybe I should stop using the requestAnimationFrame polyfill after all and instead use an old school timeout loop as the polyfill targets old browsers anyway...
