Support RFC 6455 in the client

Please support RFC 6455 in the client. Nginx only supports RFC 6455 so I cannot use your client to test Nginx.

Sorry for late. That's good point. Hopefully I will work on it in near future, but I'm also happy to accept pull request. Alternatively you can use em-httprequest which supports WebSocket client with RFC 6455, I guess.
