Issue With NChain and Clarification Needed for Space Pool Setup

Hello currently Nchain is not working, it is looking for a yaml at C:\Users\johnn.ext9\mainnet\config\config.yaml however for some reason my NChain lives inside of Chia'sfolder as C:\Users\johnn.chia\ext9\config\config.yaml How would I be able to add that file path manually to the NCH.json? I understand how to fix the issue but don't know how to yet. I'm i the only one with NCH set up like that.... should I be worried?

Also, i think there should be clarification for adding space pool or I am not understanding something. There is no space pool public key that I know of, I know there is pool public key, that didn't work, or there is launcherID and I think that may have worked. Am I doing something wrong here?
