Describe the bug it shows minutes since update -119, -118 etc. obraz

It looks like timezone issue? Bellow pic show that last reading was at 20:09:51, current time is 20:11, and it shows Minutes since update -118 it looks like it should show 120-118=2 obraz I chose region EUROPE, during initialization.
