Distributed appdata file is of legacy format

As indicated in https://lintian.debian.org/tags/appstream-metadata-legacy-format.html , fmit is using legacy appdata file format and is installing the appdata file into the legacy location (see https://lintian.debian.org/tags/appstream-metadata-in-legacy-location.html ).

The fix should be trivial and freedesktop.org is providing documentations on https://www.freedesktop.org/software/appstream/docs/sect-Metadata-Application.html . Please let me know if you need any help.

Thanks for the fix! This commit seems to have solved the problem.
