More option for "Batch Saving URLs"

some website show a "vreifying your request, please wait for X seconds" page, before redirecting to the real page for example xcancel.com, an alternitive frontend for twitter

when using the 'batch saving URLs' function it only save the waitting page please add a option to set a delay for 'batch saving URLs' to wait before starting the process and set the parallel saving tabs number for it, to avoid too much request at the same time
