Perfect Boolean?

Greetings! Is there any way I could have a perfect Boolean out of cork? I tried to build cork in Windows and applied it to my application. It works fine but the problem is when I hole a cube in a big cube it does not hole completely, there's always some part left.

he use seed fill algorithm to spread , this algorithm require model closed.
