changes for upload to clojars

Hi I have added it to clojars https://clojars.org/cljs-asynchronize Sorry I had to bump the version as it took a while for me to get it right.

I have a pull request on github with the changes I'll bump it to 0.1.1 next week if I don't hear from you, also please get a login to clojars (and email me the username) so I can add you to the group, to control the releases yourself if you like.
