Support B2 Bucket Directory As Storage Instead of Entire Bucket

Currently specifying a Backblaze B2 bucket as storage uses the entire bucket. This issue is to request that bucket folders be supported.

This is different. This refers to being able to define subfolders of a single B2 bucket as separate storage locations like you can with the Amazon S3 backend. It does not concern authentication or authorization to those buckets.
