Right, the `-files` option checks snapshots independently and doesn't skipped files that have been verified. It shouldn't be hard to create a map to store verified files and skip files...

I can reproduce the bug, but not sure if it is the same bug. I'm running the latest version, in which the chunk directory is nested with a nesting level...
