The tooltip/modal moves up/down when user scrolls up/down

🐛 Bug Report

When user opens a modal and user scrolls up/down - the modal's style changes every time which causes the modal to move up/down.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://react-joyride.com/modal
2. Click on the beacon to open the modal
3. Scroll up/down

Expected behavior

The modal should be still and not move when the user scrolls either up or down.

This issue appears for items in absolute or fixed containers.

Hello, so the modal is in the backdrop (and the backdrop is with absolute/fixed position) it is moved with the page because the button is going up/down with the view and it tries to follow it, right? 🤔
